BY PROVIDING ANY INFORMATION TO US, YOU GRANT SESSIONPOOL A PERPETUAL, IRREVOCABLE, WORLDWIDE, ROYALTY-FREE, FULLY PAID-UP, TRANSFERABLE, SUBLICENSABLE LICENSE TO USE, COPY, MODIFY, CREATE DERIVATIVE WORKS FROM, DISTRIBUTE, PUBLICLY DISPLAY, AND OTHERWISE EXPLOIT SUCH INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPROVING THE SERVICE, DEVELOPING NEW PRODUCTS AND SERVICES, AND FOR MARKETING AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES.
This license survives termination of your account and these Terms. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your information does not infringe any third-party rights.
